Day 3 was more subdued. No shopping at all. Which was good! We paid about $40 each to hire a chauffeur and a private Toyota Camry bring us all over the touristy areas of Bangkok for the entire day. It also came with a free boat ride at the floating market. So that was a pretty good deal. It took us about an hour and a half from Bangkok City to the Floating Market.

Car Day Hire – SGD$42.20

And there was the ritual elephant show. To be honest, the first 20 minutes of the show was utterly boring. Only the later part where the elephants played soccer and fought with explosives, man that was an eye opener!
