Hey Joel!
I was replying Candice in a Facebook message and was reminded of the 5% theory. Not sure if I have shared it with you before.
It goes like this:
For 95% of the job you have to do, 95% of the people can do it as well as you.
But for 5% of your job, probably only 5% of the people can do it better. So do the 5% well.
For you next year your 95% is probably to handle administration issues, lead committee meetings, iron out Bible study questions, making sure logistics run smoothly and worry for the next venue. And your 5% would be to pray with your committee, seeking God on decisions, planning ahead, ministering to your sheep, interceding, vision casting, sharing the vision and most definitely, sharing the Gospel.
People tend to overlook the 5% because it is only 5%. But I tell you, even if you can do the 95% well but fail in the 5%, you have not done your job at all.

Remember your 5%,
