  6. The best solution might not be the most popular decision.
  7. Always be thrifty and practical.
  8. Be all things to all man.
  9. Always be on the ground and touch the people’s heart.
  10. Be like a curious child.
  11. As far as material things are important, the soul is more important.
  12. You don’t have to be the subject matter expert to solve the problem. Seek the experts to solve it with you.
